It’s been 2 weeks since my last post on the Luna It’s been 2 weeks since my last post on the Lunar Eclipse. How are you doing? Whatever you’ve been thru during these past few weeks – or months – the good, the bad & the ugly, you’ve done really well 💖 Perhaps you were forced to leave your comfort zone and face your fears. Or question your existing beliefs about people, situation or your past. Perhaps you’re realizing that you got to choose & accept yourself first, say No to what is no longer serving you (but say Yes to what serves you). Or forced to speak up and share your truth. Perhaps you’ve grown tired of fighting against change, learn to accept ‘what is’ and work to shape your future from there. Whether it’s stuff that you thought was already healed but resurfaced or that you’re dealing with for the first time in your life’s journey, the change is called Alchemy 🔥 Alchemy is the Art of Transformation. Alchemy happens when we go thru Life esp the difficult times. It can’t happen in the status quo or when in comfort zone. Nor does it happen when we hide under the covers and be in denial. No doubt Alchemy is not the easiest thing but it makes us grow and expand. Without growth and expansion, we can’t actualize our potential still submerged deep within the unconscious. Alchemy brings out the unconscious into consciousness, a journey where one goes thru a baptism of fire (purification), sheds the old and the past, and transforms into the new. Alchemy occurs when we liberate ourselves from existing form and transform into another. With inner liberation, only then can we experience external liberation. Like it or not, Life is Alchemy but the sweet reward is Liberation (big & small) at every milestone ✨️ Liberation is upon us now as we have just begun the Astrological New Year – Aries Season - on 20 Mar, and we are approaching the New Moon Solar Eclipse on 28 Mar. Lunar Eclipse - what does it mean for us? Eclipse Lunar Eclipse - what does it mean for us? Eclipses are portals of transformation. They activate certain aspects in our soul evolution. Each eclipse creates a story arc of our life journey every 1.5 years. There's Lunar Eclipse & Solar Eclipse. Lunar Eclipse occurs with Full Moon (now) and Solar Eclipse occurs with New Moon (2 weeks' time). 4 Eclipses in a year. In every Eclipse, the story of our life progressively unfolds, shifts, changes and evolves – all for our highest good. For this Lunar Eclipse in Virgo, think back to your life story 2 years ago. What significant events or choices you made then? How did those events affect you internally? How did you shift & change? What awareness did you have about yourself? Did you choose to move along with those events or choose to resist? Continue to thread that evolution further back until 2016 (the last Lunar Eclipse in Virgo). Wow, that’s a long time, right? Reflect on the comparison btwn you then and now. There were major and minor events – celebratory and disruptive ones, big and small inconveniences. But look at how you’ve transformed. If you’re feeling the heaviness of the Lunar Eclipse energy, perhaps you’re sensing something is ending, not working out in your highest good, but you’re resisting in letting it go. Or you are transitioning to something new but afraid of unknown factors. It’s normal for us to feel this way. We resist changes bcoz changes are unfamiliar to the mind & ego. We want things to remain the same (familiarity) but we get stuck in our comfort zone. To evolve, “disruptions” are needed to push us. Lunar Eclipse often signifies an ending of some sort, forces us to move on to something bigger and better as an evolved Self. Look back at your past journey. You survived it, right? And so, you can do it again this Lunar Eclipse ☺️ It might be scary, therefore return to your spiritual practice so you can attune to your intuition and inner wisdom for guidance and courage to navigate the uncertainty period. Also, to help you release attachments (including to outcomes), so you can make space for new energies to come in and for a transformed Self. Take care, don't worry, all will be well ✨️❤️
If you read my previous post today, you would noti If you read my previous post today, you would notice key words: surrender, spiritual practice, perfectionism, inner critic. These words carry archetypal energies of Virgo & Pisces – zodiacs that are 180-deg opposite each other on the astrological zodiac wheel. Virgo energy is known for getting organized, attention to details, identifying what is inefficient and correct. But its shadows are perfectionism, over-anxious about details, compulsive need for control. The higher aspect of Virgo is dedication to higher potential. Pisces energy is known for being sensitive, romantic, empathetic, artistic, very intuitive. Its shadows, however, are self-sacrificing, being a recluse when hurt, over-cautious, paranoid about potential dangers. The higher aspect of Pisces is experiencing the depths of our Soul by merging with others & the Divine. On 14/3, we have the Full Moon in Virgo. Moon in Virgo, Sun in Pisces (Pisces Season) – opposite aspects. What does this mean for us? Full Moon illuminates the shadows, brings to light what is hidden. If we find ourselves displaying shadow aspects of either Virgo or Pisces at this FM, we are invited to bring things into balance by focusing on the higher aspects of the zodiac. If we are triggered by imperfections, things not going to plan or being controlling and inflexible, then we are called to focus on higher aspects of Pisces – surrender control and swim with the flow. Surrender is never easy, hence we are urged to return to our spiritual practice as it attunes us to Love, quietens the voice of the inner critic. If we are feeling fearful of the unknown or hurt by the actions of others, then we are urged to bring in higher aspects of Virgo – get grounded thru our spiritual practice, establish healthy boundaries. If we’re feeling lost, create a routine that gives us a sense of purpose each day. Full Moons reminds us that we can come back to the middle path. Whenever we feel overwhelmed by our shadows, we can bring to light the higher aspects. We all have 12 zodiacs in our birth chart. Check where Virgo/Pisces rules in your chart – which house - this may be illuminated during this FM. More on the Eclipse tomorrow. Stay tuned.
There’s A LOT going on in the cosmic skies now. There’s A LOT going on in the cosmic skies now. Eclipse Season. We’ve been brewing in it since Pisces Season in mid-Feb. And now the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on 14/3 and later, the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aries at end March. Right smack in Eclipse Season is Venus & Mercury Retrogrades, which began just as Mars Retrograde ended. Our drive, passion and ability to take action have been subdued for 11 weeks and got reignited, but only to go slo-mo (again) with Venus & Mercury Rx. Also, we are still in Pisces Season – the end of the astrological year. Feel like taking three steps forward but only to go two steps back? Taking one step but your body refuses to move? Swimming against the current? A few people have DM me to say their spiritual tank is at 20%-30% level. I’ve feeling it too. However, not everyone will experience the full weight & scope of the ongoing cosmic energies as it depends on your chart. Humanity takes turns in doing the ‘heavy lifting.’ If you are feeling it at this time, it’s actually an initiation to expand your consciousness thru your personal experiences. The only way out is…going thru it. The saving grace in navigating the murky waters is my spiritual practice. I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have a spiritual practice. Seriously. Spiritual practice is like our toolbox at home. My go-to tools are grounding, energy cleansing exercises, journaling and meditation. Each time I use these tools, I feel re-centered, returning to my sanctuary – my heart, my Soul. I see a different – and wider – perspective about things. I feel courageous, even if it’s slightly. If you’re currently feeling terribly low, I urge you to return to your spiritual practice. Not only will you feel lighter, you will also feel loved within. Self-Love helps to quieten the inner critic in your mind. Be mindful though, not to aim for perfectionism in your practice. You don’t need to have the perfect time or conditions to hold space for yourself. Just do it. Surrender. The more you surrender to your practice, the easier you’ll understand the new transformations behind these life initiations. Bcoz Eclipses are generally a time of transformation ✨️

Yesterday was an exceptionally blah day, thanks to Yesterday was an exceptionally blah day, thanks to the New Moon in Pisces. I have water placements in my birth chart (moon, venus, midheaven, north node in water signs), as such, I felt the energy moved very slow as if I was trudging thru mud. Time almost came to a standstill. But it’s OK; it is what it is. Best not to resist but go along with the flow, though the lower energies brought up shadow aspects to surface, mostly fears and anxiety – of the unknown. Positives of Piscean energy: The ruling planet of Pisces is Neptune, the planet of magic, mysticism and spirituality. We may feel drawn towards spirituality and mysticism. We could be very intuitive, almost psychic. We may feel romantic, possibly perceiving things from rose-tinted glasses, inspired and moved by poetry, art, music, films. Shadows of Piscean energy: Fears of the unknown. Pisces being the last sign on the zodiac wheel is the bridge btwn this cycle and the next (the astrological new year begins with the next zodiac, Aries). Also, it’s the only sign submerged in water (unlike the Scorpio scorpion & Cancer crab which can survive on land & water) symbolizing the dissolution of boundaries btwn our physical & non-physical world. With no land in sight so to speak and not knowing what is next or tangible and seen, the energies can make us feel anxious. However, it’s the New Moon which marks the start of the lunar cycle. We are invited to KEEP THE FAITH and continue to be INSPIRED & MOVED by our dreams and goals. Plant new seeds with this intention. The energy right now may feel void-y, in-between worlds but it’s OK. TRUST that you’re about to “give birth” to new conditions, new life, new cycle and new beginnings. Observe how you feel over the next 3 days. Ground yourself. Meditate. Journal. Do less. Honour your body and emotions. Rest. Sleep (I love naps!). Eat cake (that’s what I did yesterday!). Sage to cleanse your energies. Soon the low vibes will pass. You’ll feel better. Dear Friends, since late last year, I've been goin Dear Friends, since late last year, I've been going through a lot of changes. It has been a period of transcendence & transition (for those who attended my Unpacking 2025 workshop, you would understand this😊). As such, my spiritual offerings comprising group workshops and private sessions have come to a standstill with the exception of a few sessions with clients whom I’ve known for some time. While I transition into new versions of myself, I’ve been working behind-the-scenes on revamping existing offerings and creating new ones. One of the beautiful aspects of change is the download of ideas and inspirations that come through as we let go of the old and the past. As such, it makes me feel excited, optimistic and passionate about the present as well as the future! We are now in Pisces Season – the Sun in Pisces We are now in Pisces Season – the Sun in Pisces for 30 days. Pisces is the 12th and last zodiac sign, the last astrological season before we resume the zodiac cycle again with Aries. Pisces Season is inviting us to experience our sensitivity to evolve thru our emotions 👇 🌊Have an awareness of our emotions without over-identification and let it flow. It's challenging with lower emotions, but it’s important to be kind & compassionate with ourselves. Soothes the wounded inner child. 🏃‍♀️As we allow the emotions to flow, we inevitably wallow in self-pity. It’s OK. Be attuned to our body and we’ll be naturally prompted to do physical activities (run/walk, declutter) which transmutes the self-pity. The body naturally transforms lower energy into higher energy vibes. 🤍As the body transmutes the energy, we begin to feel a lot better. This is when we assume all is well, so “let’s forget it.” When we’re in a better state of mind and emotion, take this opportunity to reflect and process what triggered us earlier and why. 📝Journal our thoughts & emotions. Journaling is a form of release as well as a way to connect with our intuition and inner wisdom. The more we journal, the easier it is to have a higher perspective. ✨️Post journaling, we’ll have greater self-awareness and resolve to evolve better. We may also identify repeated patterns/wounding which require healing and take steps towards it. The ruling planet of Pisces is Neptune, the planet of spirituality, intuition and dreams. We may feel very inspired, romantic, spiritual and intuitive at this time. Our dreams can be very strange or vivid as well. Pisces is the only sign submerged in water and with no sight of land to ground, its energy can make us feel unsafe sometimes. The symbol is 2 fishes in opposite directions – the potential to mull back & forth which can cause stress due to fear of the unknown (the dark ocean)🐟 How to navigate this season? Lots of grounding. Disconnect from the outside noise. Connect with your Soul & Higher Self thru journaling, meditation, art & music. I helped to coordinate with my travel associates in Kathmandu who got this organized for us. During the ritual, I found myself overwhelmed by the powerful energies. Felt honoured and blessed to be there; to receive the blessings. It was a wonderful experience 😍🔥✨️ Many thanks to Visahini, Jeya and Yogeeta for inviting all of us including two of us non-Hindus to partake in this ceremony 🙏
